What size dumpster do I need for a roof tear-off?

It comes down to two numbers: your roof’s size in squares, and how many layers you’re tearing off. A roofing square equals 100 square feet of roof, or about three bundles of shingles. Most Kansas City homes run 15 to 30 squares.
