Before starting this company, I spent over a decade in the truck industry, building my career in truck sales and dealership management. I’ve worked closely with customers, managed operations, and spent years around heavy-duty equipment and hauling platforms. That experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, clear communication, and doing things right the first time, especially when people are relying on you.

The idea for Kansas City Dumpster Rentals & Hauling came from a personal experience. I needed a dumpster myself and ended up dealing with one of the larger companies. The process felt impersonal, communication was lacking, and it was clear I was just another number in line. That didn’t sit right with me, and it made me realize there was a better way to do it.

So I built this company with a focus on being local, responsive, and straightforward. In many cases, I’m the one delivering the dumpster myself, making sure it’s placed correctly and that everything goes the way it should. I believe that if someone trusts us to come onto their property, the least we can do is show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in the work.

This isn’t a large corporate operation, and it’s not meant to be. It’s a local business serving local people, and that means something to me. Whether it’s a homeowner cleaning out a garage or a contractor managing a job site, the goal is to make the process simple, reliable, and hassle-free.
